A once monthly group for women who need a space to get out of auto-pilot and realign with their values, visions, goals and reconnect with themselves. 1st Thursday of each month at 5:30 pm Pacific Time/ 7:30 pm Central Time

Have a stack of goals, intentions, and practices that you want to bring into your life but you feel like you lose sight of them as soon as you set them.

You want to live more intentionally but don’t quite know how to make it happen.
You get so wrapped up in roles, goals, managing your time, energy, and emotions that there is now space for slowing down and you feel consistently off center.

Find room for reflection, warm connection, and learn practical skills for living more with more purpose, joy, and intentionality.
What to Expect…
Welcome: We welcome you and set the tone for the space always opening with warmth, compassion, and probably a little humor as well!
Reflection: We facilitate a time of reflection on the past month with questions or activities that allow you space to identify progress, joys, and growth and challenges and areas for support.
Somatic Practice: Learn or explore a practice to support you in regulating, nurturing, and befriending your nervous system. These practice support you in bridging the gap between mind and body that tends to form in the midst of our busy lives.
Exploring a wellness topic: Each month we will share insights, information, and perspectives on a wellness topic like expectations, communication, relationship building, self-care, internal narratives, or more.
Discussion: Experience a facilitated time of connection and exploration of the wellness topic, how it applies to your life, and how you want it to inform your life in the month to come.
Setting Intentions and Commitments: We provide time to slow down, identify priorities, process, and identify 1-3 intentions or committed actions for the coming month.
Meet Your Facilitators
Camille Lewis, LCSW
Camille is an individual and couples therapist, group facilitator, and speaker who blends a compassionate and down to earth approach, a broad range of clinical approach, and an expertise in incorporating spirituality and culture into her work with clients. Camille worked in a variety of setting before finding her way to private practice. Camille specializes in working with clients who find they are stuck in an area of life and need a fresh perspective, safe sounding board, and compassionate insight to beginning moving forward again.
Lauren Ludlow, LCSW
Lauren is a therapist, holistic life coach, and consultant focused on using somatic (mind-body) practices to help clients learn to befriend their nervous system instead of fighting against it. Lauren has been in the field of emotional wellbeing for the past 10 years and worked in settings ranging from foster care to community mental health to public health before starting her private practice in 2020. Lauren specializes in supporting women who find that in the midst of caring for the needs of others, reaching for ambitious goals, and trying their best to do it all they have lost connection with themselves, their desires, and identities and who want to reclaim all of that to live more aligned and ease-filed lives.
